As an Account Executive, you will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling Infobip’s solutions to high-touch Tier 1 customers within your assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role within the regional commercial structure, focused on identifying opportunities across existing and prospective clients, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to secure new logos, expand customer value, and ensure sustainable account growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 customer accounts within your designated territory

Identify new business opportunities across existing leads and prospective customers

Sell Infobip solutions directly or through partners

Develop tailored solution proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs

Manage forecasting, account planning, resource coordination, and sales strategy execution

Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close new business opportunities

Support end-to-end customer relationships during the first 12 months, including retention, cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition activities

Build trusted customer relationships and maintain strong account health

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records throughout the sales cycle

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and growth

Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced team members when needed

Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets

Acquisition of new Tier 1 customer logos

Strong pipeline generation and opportunity growth

Accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

Effective collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams

Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles

Experience in SaaS, software, telecommunications, or technology-driven environments
