Product Marketing Manager
Join Infoblox’s Product and Solutions Marketing team in Mexico City and help bring our partner-led security strategy to market. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our MSSP and ecosystem-partner program, powered by Infoblox Threat Defense.
You’ll turn complex networking and security capabilities into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with managed security providers, MSPs, ecosystem partners, and enterprise buyers. Working closely with Product Management, Technical Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Corporate Marketing, you’ll influence strategy, accelerate launches, enable the field, and help drive pipeline and adoption.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a marketer who can connect technical depth with compelling storytelling—and use AI to work smarter, move faster, and scale results.
What you’ll do
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for the MSSP and ecosystem-partner program, including partner integrations and co-sell motions.
- Engage customers, partners, Product Management, and field teams to uncover real-world needs and turn insights into strategy.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and sharpen Infoblox’s differentiation.
- Create compelling content across the funnel, including presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, videos, customer stories, and campaign assets.
- Build sales and partner enablement programs, including pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, competitive tools, and training.
- Plan and execute product, feature, and program launches in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing.
- Represent Infoblox in customer briefings, partner meetings, webinars, and industry events.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Infoblox IQ to accelerate research, content development, problem-solving, experimentation, and performance analysis—while protecting quality and brand voice.
- Monitor market and competitive signals, including managed-security and partner-program offerings, and recommend actions that strengthen our position.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within cloud, networking, security, SaaS, or related infrastructure technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and enterprise security; experience with MSSP/MSP models, DNS/DDI, SASE, or SD-WAN is a plus.
- A track record of contributing to B2B SaaS or enterprise go-to-market initiatives, including launches, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Experience working with channel, MSP/MSSP, ecosystem, alliance, or co-sell partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing skills, with the confidence to participate in and grow into leading briefings, webinars, and events.
- The ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows to improve productivity, insight generation, content creation, and analytics.
- Strong analytical, creative, and structured problem-solving skills, with a focus on the initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- Cloud platform experience or certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus.
