The Opportunity
Applies advanced People Analytics and consulting expertise to support strategic decision-making across North America through data-driven insights and analytical solutions. Partners closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical approaches, and deliver actionable recommendations aligned with organizational priorities. Independently manages complex and ambiguous projects requiring investigation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for developing analytical frameworks, dashboards, reporting solutions, and strategic insights that enable workforce planning, talent decisions, and operational improvements. Drives execution of key initiatives while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and adapting solutions.
Your Impact
As People Analytics Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:
Partner with Business Stakeholders, Workforce Data Analysis & Insights, Develop Analytics Solutions & Reporting, Identify Workforce Trends & Risks, Deliver Actionable Recommendations, Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Psychology, or related field.
Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in People Analytics, HR Consulting, workforce analytics, or related analytical roles supporting strategic business priorities and executive decision-making.

Languages: Fluent English is a must

Technical & Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across HR and business teams, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

Consultative Mindset: Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and provide strategic recommendations aligned with organizational priorities and transformation initiatives.

Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling, and executive-ready insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Project & Delivery Management: Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery, operational rigor, and alignment with agreed timelines, SLAs, and business expectations.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams while promoting standardization, innovation, data quality, and continuous improvement.
