We are currently looking for an Installation Planning & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City.

As an Installation Planning & Operations Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of elevator and escalator installation projects. You will serve as the link between Project Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Operations teams, ensuring that the right personnel, resources, and materials are available at the right time to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate workforce planning and technician allocation across multiple installation projects.
- Review and validate technicians' working hours with Supervisors, Superintendents, and Project Managers, ensuring accurate reporting and timely processing in SAP.
- Monitor installation schedules and collaborate with Operations teams to align workforce availability with project requirements.
- Analyze SAP reports and installation forecasts to identify upcoming project assignments and support on-time project execution.
- Communicate project assignments and installation schedules to Project Managers, Supervisors, and Superintendents.
- Coordinate the delivery and unloading of elevator and escalator components at installation sites, ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Work closely with field and Operations teams to optimize resource utilization and installation productivity.
- Maintain accurate project and workforce records to support operational planning and reporting activities.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and logistical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Junior Project Administrator, Installation Project Coordinator, or in a similar role involving installation projects (elevators, HVAC systems, electrical installations, or related industries).
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, dashboards, and advanced formulas.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
