As aSenior Professional, Fixed Assets Management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our Fixed Assets accounting processes within the Record-to-Report (RTR) organization.
In this role, you'll partner with finance professionals and stakeholders across the business to manage fixed asset activities, support financial reporting, perform critical reconciliations, and drive process excellence. You'll contribute to maintaining a strong control environment while helping optimize and standardize processes that support our global finance operations.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Execute daily Fixed Assets activities, including asset capitalization, accruals, depreciation, transfers, and retirements.
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between Fixed Assets subledgers and the General Ledger.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, forecasts, and analyses related to fixed asset and cash flow accounts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve Fixed Assets-related issues and disputes.
- Support internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- Participate in internal, external, and SOX audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on simplifying, standardizing, automating, and globalizing Fixed Assets processes.
- Collaborate with process owners and leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Take ownership of additional Fixed Assets Management responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Record-to-Report, or related business functions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience performing account reconciliations and supporting month-end close activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Exposure to audit support activities, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
