What will you do as an IT Project Manager at Sealed Air?
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead complex, global technology initiatives primarily supporting Finance transformation and enterprise business processes. You will own project delivery from strategy and requirements through deployment and stabilization, partnering with senior Finance and IT leaders to create structure, drive accountability, manage risk, and deliver sustainable technology solutions.
You will also champion the responsible adoption of AI and modern project delivery practices to improve productivity, decision-making, and execution across project teams.

Lead complex, global Finance technology projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation and requirements through deployment, hypercare, and closure.
Establish project strategy, governance, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria while driving accountability across global teams.
Partner with senior Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate business priorities into executable technology initiatives.
Lead requirements, design alignment, testing strategy, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and go-live execution for enterprise technology solutions.
Anticipate and resolve complex project risks, resource constraints, business readiness challenges, and cross-functional dependencies.
Provide executive-level project insights, recommendations, and status reporting to enable timely decisions and effective risk management.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through governance standards, reusable frameworks, automation, and responsible AI adoption.
Influence global teams, vendors, and stakeholders without direct authority to ensure successful delivery of strategic business outcomes.
What do you need to be successful?
Finance technology project delivery and transformation.
Strong knowledge of Finance business processes, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, General Ledger, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, or financial reporting.
Enterprise systems and ERP project delivery, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, BlackLine, or similar platforms.
Advanced project governance and project delivery frameworks.
Requirements management and business process analysis.
Testing strategy, UAT, integration testing, and defect management.
Cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare management.
Complex risk, issue, dependency, and resource management.
Global cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management.
Executive-level communication and technology project reporting.
Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
AI, automation, and digital productivity tools applied to project delivery.
Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
