Engagement Type : Full-Time - Fractional (3 month project)
The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
This role puts you inside a fast moving social campaign team, working on real briefs with strong creative direction and high standards. The kind of place where good work actually gets made.
- Build and adapt campaign assets across social, display, digital, and print formats.
- Create layouts that scale across multiple dimensions, placements, audiences, and messaging variations.
- Develop templates and asset frameworks that support efficient, repeatable production.
- Partner closely with creative, strategy, motion, and production teams to deliver work on tight timelines.
- Maintain consistency across large volumes of assets while balancing evolving messaging and campaign needs.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving team environment.
- Stay organized across multiple workstreams and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- 5+ years of experience in digital campaigns, advertising, production design, or related design environments.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and system-based design workflows.
- Experience creating high volumes of digital assets across multiple formats and dimensions.
- Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Experience working within established campaign systems, visual frameworks, or brand guidelines.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities and requirements can shift quickly.
- Ability to explain design decisions, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within highly collaborative digital production environments.
