Technology Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a Technology Delivery Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As the Technology Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with consultant teams and functions to ensure that all technology needs (hardware, software, mobility, servers, applications, contractors…) are captured and will partner with the technology organization to ensure that the needs are executed within agreed timeframe and budget. You will partner with their manager to ensure a consistent and high level of service on projects and infrastructure operations. You will also provide oversight to the Colleague Tech Team and ensure appropriate life cycle management of technology assets.
We will count on you to :
- Point Of Contact for technology requests and technology issues for all OWG Colleagues
- Oversight of Colleague Tech Teams to ensure appropriate life cycle management of technology assets and timely resolution of colleague requests and issues
- Ensure timely resolution of all escalations including regular timely communication until escalation is remediated
- Assist OWG OCIO in annual budgeting and planning process. Including the monthly oversight of all regional tech hardware purchases
- Escalate all issues and needs of the business and tech teams as appropriate across OWG & MMC Tech
- Oversight in ServiceNow as it pertains to Asset Management, Inventory Management, Change Management, Incident Escalations, Daily Reporting
- Maintain, update and create documentation as it pertains to defined TDM Processes
- Proactive and timely communication to business and tech colleagues and teams
- Daily, timely communication with the Global Lead Technology Delivery Manager to include status and the escalation of issues
- Be knowledgeable on IT services and solutions available in the OWG Tech Portfolio
- Make sure OWG processes are communicated efficiently and followed by the various MMC Tech teams
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or equivalent experience
- Two to Four years of people oversight or guiding teams
- Two to Four years of client service experience required
- Strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel based analytics and other advanced functions
- Working knowledge of technologies – including MS Office 365, Adobe, Mobility, Public Cloud, Servers, Storage, Email, PCs, Servers and Network Security
- Cloud Experience – To include Cloud and AI Technologies / Processes
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- ITIL / ServiceNow experience / knowledge
