What will you do?

Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing correspondence

Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses

Handle invoicing, billing documentation, and payment coordination while maintaining accurate records and documentation

Manage data entry and updates in organizational systems such as ERP and SAP for financial and project tracking

Appointment Scheduling Software — intermediate level; coordinating complex calendars and managing meeting logistics across teams

Billing and Invoicing — intermediate level; ensuring timely invoicing and collaborating with stakeholders on payment processes

Collaboration — intermediate level; working effectively across departments to support smooth operations

Contract Management — intermediate level; organizing and maintaining contract documentation and tracking key dates

Customer Orientation — intermediate level; responding to internal and external requests with professionalism and care

Data Entry — intermediate level; maintaining accuracy while updating information in multiple systems

Microsoft Office — intermediate level; creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support business needs

Travel Coordination — intermediate level; arranging travel logistics and managing expense tracking for stakeholders
This job might be for you if:

Bachelor's degree

+2 years of experience

Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
