Job Description
A Sr. Associate Digital Marketing supports Mattel's e-commerce and digital performance strategies across Latin America. This role drives lower-funnel marketing initiatives focused on traffic generation, conversion, and sales acceleration across multiple brands and categories, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and regional seasonalities.
What You’ll Do

Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across META, Google, Paid Search, and Retail Media platforms to drive conversion and sales results for all Mattel brands in LATAM.

Partner with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery, optimization, and performance tracking of campaign assets across multiple seasonal and promotional events (e.g., Hot Sale, Black Friday, Children’s Day).

Oversee paid search strategy, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with key conversion goals.

Lead creative asset management processes, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and optimization based on creative performance insights.

Monitor and control digital media investments by managing financial tracking processes, including budget econciliation, invoices, and reporting across tools such as Monthly Forecasts, Actuals, and Reclass files.

Drive Retail Media strategy for priority retailers (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart) in Mexico and Brazil,coordinating closely with commercial and brand teams to optimize paid executions.

Support the development of media plans and provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation and optimization in partnership with agencies and the Marketing Manager.

Consolidate campaign results and KPIs, preparing reports, scorecards, and actionable insights to guide decision-making and ensure accountability.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor's Degree Marketing or

Bachelor's Degree Communications or

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or related fields

Minimum of 2 years Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance media, preferably withinconsumer goods or retail industries. and

Minimum of 2 years Proven experience in campaign management, budget control, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including Paid Search, Social Media Advertising, and Retail Media.

Proficiency in analyzing campaign results, performance dashboards, and KPIs to drive optimization.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, reconcile invoices, and ensure financial accuracy across multiple markets.
