The Finance Intern will support various financial, reporting, and compliance activities within the organization while gaining practical experience in financial analysis, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role provides exposure to corporate reporting processes, performance metrics, and business operations, while contributing to strategic projects that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The intern will work closely with finance and business teams to analyze data, maintain reporting accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.

The Finance Intern will support financial and reporting initiatives by gathering, analyzing, validating, and maintaining business data used for decision-making and compliance purposes. The role will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and adherence to internal and external requirements.
A key project for this internship involves supporting the implementation and monitoring of Sustainability Reporting Standards (NIS/SPS). Responsibilities include assisting with the definition and tracking of sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs), collecting and validating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data, monitoring reporting compliance, and supporting monthly reporting activities. Areas of focus may include environmental metrics such as CO₂ emissions, energy consumption, waste management, and water usage, as well as social and governance indicators.
The intern will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, data management activities, and special projects while gaining exposure to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and business operations. The internship will culminate in the delivery of a comprehensive project supporting the implementation and sustainability reporting requirements of the organization.
