Join the Integrated Supply Chain Planning (ISCP) team supporting Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), one of PepsiCo's largest and most dynamic businesses. In this role, you'll help ensure products flow efficiently across plants, distribution centers, and mixing facilities, supporting product availability for millions of consumers.
As an ISCP Planning Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of planning, replenishment, inventory management, and data analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced planning systems, and use data-driven insights to support critical supply chain decisions that drive service and operational excellence.

As an ISCP Planning Analyst, you will:

Support supply replenishment and inventory planning activities across the Frito-Lay US network.

Maintain and optimize planning data within key supply chain systems, helping ensure accurate and efficient replenishment decisions.

Partner with planning teams, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and headquarters stakeholders to improve processes, service levels, and system performance.

Monitor service and inventory metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to address potential gaps and opportunities.

Participate in planning discussions and operational reviews, helping drive supply chain continuity and customer service excellence.

Utilize tools such as SAP, planning systems, and reporting dashboards to support decision-making and operational execution.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, system health, and overall network performance.
Qualifications:

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Logistics, Operations, or related areas.

Intermediate Excel Knowledge (pivot tables, pivot charts, data cleansing, etc.)

Familiarity with planning or ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.

Availability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
