We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our Procurement and Customs team. In this role, the intern will support both the purchasing and customs operations processes for a defined set of goods and services. This includes assisting with purchase order activities, supplier coordination, import/export documentation, trade compliance, and customs-related administrative tasks. The intern will help ensure timely execution, strong customer service, and compliance with internal policies and applicable trade and customs regulations.

Support procurement activities including purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers.

Assist in managing a vendor compliance platform, helping ensure suppliers meet regulatory, customs, and internal policy requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to support on-time delivery and customs clearance of goods.

Help prepare, review, and maintain customs and shipping documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and import/export records.

Support customs compliance processes by helping verify product classification, country of origin, and other trade-related data under supervision.

Update and maintain ERP systems and customs/procurement databases with accurate sourcing, shipment, and compliance information.

Assist in resolving issues related to purchase orders, supplier documentation, shipment delays, or customs clearance.

Develop a working knowledge of procurement practices, sourcing procedures, customs operations, and trade compliance requirements.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of purchasing and cross-border transactions.

Exercise sound judgment within established procedures and escalate issues outside defined guidelines to senior team members.

Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams while providing responsive support in customer-facing interactions.

Currently enrolled in at least the 6th semester of university, studying Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.

Basic experience or academic exposure in sourcing, procurement, logistics, customs, or foreign trade.
