Would you like to be part of an innovative company with a significant social impact? Innovamat is looking for someone like you.
Innovamat is an educational organization specializing in mathematics education. Founded in Barcelona in 2017, Innovamat provides schools with a complete, research-based math program covering Early Childhood through Secondary Education, grounded in research across mathematics education, cognition, and neuroscience.
Innovamat also partners with leading thinkers and researchers in mathematics education, including Peter Liljedahl, author of Building Thinking Classrooms, and Brian Butterworth, a leading researcher in mathematical cognition and dyscalculia, bringing world-class expertise and perspectives into our broader work.
Our program integrates curriculum, teacher training, assessment, and intervention into a single coherent system. Today, Innovamat is present in 9 countries, partnering with 27,000+ teachers across 2,800+ schools and reaching more than 600,000 students. We are one of the few organizations in the sector with independently validated efficacy data from external research institutions, and the first non-American organization to pass the California State Board of Education adoption process for a core math curriculum.
In the United States, Innovamat works with schools and educators across California, Texas, New York, and beyond, bringing our research-based approach to mathematics education to a growing community of teachers and students.
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Lead to help us build and scale Innovamat’s outbound sales engine.
This is a highly analytical, commercially minded, and hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of inside sales, RevOps, sales strategy, data, and team leadership.
You’ll be responsible for understanding what is happening across our sales funnel, why it is happening, and what we should do about it. You’ll turn data into decisions, market signals into commercial opportunities, and insights into actions that help our BDR team generate more and better pipeline.
You’ll combine hands-on analysis with BDR leadership. You’ll spend time in the CRM, building reports and analyzing performance, while also coaching the team, reviewing pipelines, setting priorities, and driving results. We’re looking for someone who naturally asks:
Which markets, segments, and accounts are converting best?
Where are we losing opportunities in the funnel?
What activities actually drive meetings and pipeline?
What are our numbers telling us about the market?
Where are the biggest opportunities to improve performance?
Lead and develop the BDR team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
Monitor activity, conversion rates, meeting quality, pipeline generation, and productivity.
Coach BDRs using data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
Run regular pipeline and performance reviews.
Build a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance.
Own reporting and dashboards for the inside sales funnel.
Analyze conversion rates, productivity, pipeline generation, territory performance, and trends.
Identify patterns and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Bring regular commercial and market insights to Sales and leadership.
Go beyond reporting numbers to understand why they are moving.
Analyze ICP, segmentation, territories, and account prioritization.
Identify which markets, customer profiles, channels, and messages generate the strongest results.
Partner with Growth and Sales leadership to improve targeting and outbound strategy.
Run experiments, measure results, and scale what works.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, automation, and BDR productivity.
Capture patterns from BDR conversations with schools and decision-makers.
Identify recurring objections, competitive trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Turn frontline insights into recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Growth, and leadership.
Help ensure our commercial strategy reflects what is actually happening in the market.
3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Strategy, RevOps, Business Development, Sales Operations, Growth, Consulting, or a similar role.
Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams.
Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring BDR/SDR teams is strongly preferred.
Strong experience with CRM data, spreadsheets, reporting, and performance metrics.
We’re especially excited about people coming from management consulting, early-stage startups, high-growth companies, SaaS, technology, marketplaces, or other data-driven commercial environments. Entrepreneurial experience is a big plus: if you’ve founded a company, built a project from scratch, or taken significant ownership of a new initiative, we’d love to hear from you.
Obsessed with numbers and genuinely excited by data and performance analysis.
Strong commercial instinct and curiosity about what drives pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of sales funnels and BDR metrics.
Able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong coaching and people-management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Curious about AI, automation, and sales technology.
