Your Role
As a Hybrid Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will enable and coordinate delivery for a cross‑functional software development team operating in a fast‑changing environment. This role blends traditional project management responsibilities with Agile and Scrum facilitation, ensuring delivery predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Client’s Senior Program Manager and partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Partner with the Technical Lead Engineer and Business Analyst to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives
- Track and report delivery progress using Agile and traditional metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, milestones, risks, and issues
- Remove impediments and blockers while ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment and collaboration
- Maintain team focus, commitments, and delivery cadence in a dynamic environment
- Coordinate with QA and test automation resources to embed quality throughout the development process
- Provide regular status updates and executive‑level reporting to internal and client stakeholders
- Support continuous delivery practices and drive ongoing process improvements across the team
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid Agile delivery role supporting software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks combined with traditional project management practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to track, analyze, and communicate delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies effectively
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team enablement
Is fully competent in its own area and has a deep understanding of related programming concepts software design and software development principles. Works autonomously with minimal supervision. Able to act as a key contributor in a complex environment, lead the activities of a team for software design and software development. Acts proactively to understand internalorexternal client needs and offers advice even when not asked. Able to assess and adapt to project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure and drive team to succeed against its technical and commercial goals. Aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific projectorwork area. Explains difficult concepts to a variety of audiences to ensure meaning is understood. Motivates other team members and creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area.
