Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team as a Trainee, Apprentice, or VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry, supporting various projects and learning key methodologies.
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Participate in quality inspections and audits of products, processes, and suppliers.
- Support the analysis of quality data and identification of root causes for defects.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation.
- Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance quality knowledge and skills.
Job Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Quality), or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in quality assurance and the automotive industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment is a plus.
