We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials from receiving through shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
This position will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, optimizing inventory processes, meeting customer delivery requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, replenishment, and shipping activities.
Ensure timely availability of domestic and imported materials to support production and customer demand.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP/WMS transactions.
Maintain FIFO inventory practices and optimize warehouse space utilization.
Coordinate daily warehouse priorities with Planning and Production teams.
Lead and develop warehouse personnel through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure on-time shipment execution while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
Analyze warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, company procedures, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Participate in internal audits and support corrective and preventive action activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing inventory, warehouse operations, and hourly personnel.
Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with warehouse KPIs, inventory control, FIFO methodology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Intermediate English proficiency.
