Position Summary
We are seeking a DSPL Operations Support Specialist to support the day-to-day operation of our Digital Signage network. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, providing technical support, managing digital content deployment, and ensuring the reliability of our Digital Signage infrastructure.
This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and advanced English proficiency, as you will regularly interact with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the Digital Signage network.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and content delivery issues.
- Install, configure, and manage Digital Signage hardware, software, and CMS platforms.
- Schedule and publish digital content, ensuring accurate synchronization across all devices.
- Create and manage workflow automations to optimize content deployment, notifications, and operational processes.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, and routine health checks.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support to international clients in English.
