We are looking for a Associate IT Operations Engineer
In this vital role, you will lead the execution of Site Infrastructure Operations Support, focusing on the installation, modification, repair, and disposal of IT infrastructure components. This includes hardware and software for PCs, servers, and communication systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations within a networked computing environment, delivering high-quality support that aligns with organizational goals.

Hardware and Software Management: Install, modify, and maintain hardware and software for PCs, servers, and communication devices, ensuring operational readiness and reliability.

Data Recovery: Execute data recovery operations in instances of hardware failure, safeguarding critical business information.

Vendor Coordination: Oversee interactions between vendors and users to ensure efficient delivery of support services.

Patch and Maintenance: Apply updates and maintenance to network and telephone servers, adhering to organizational protocols.

Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate relationships with local business and IT staff to enhance the effectiveness and perception of IT support services.

Project Coordination: Manage small-scale infrastructure projects such as site relocations and new site implementations.

Emergency Support: Respond promptly to infrastructure outages, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Associate’s degree in IT and two years of experience, or professional certification with three years of experience, or five years of IT experience.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with call center tools is desirable.
