Our founding team brings an elite track record of building at scale: our co-founders include the builders behind a $1.1B logistics unicorn and one of Latin America’s largest delivery tech giants.
We are operating on a hyper-growth trajectory across Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Brazil, and the US. Our goal is clear: hit $100M ARR within the next 24 months. To do that, we need a relentless Founding Account Executive to anchor our growth from Mexico City.

- True Founding Ownership: The playbook doesn't exist yet. You aren't inheriting a cozy territory; you are building the GTM engine. You will actively write the sales playbook, influence product direction based on client feedback, and lay the groundwork for the sales org we will hire behind you.

What You’ll Do (The Shape of the Job)
- Own the Full Cycle: Run a 360-degree sales motion. You will lead your own 80% outbound hunting framework, identifying prospects, running high-impact discovery, leading technical validation, navigating procurement, and closing deals.
- Build the Pipeline: You will field high-intent inbound mid-market leads across key Spanish-speaking markets like Mexico and Argentina, while executing aggressive outbound prospecting to land large-scale domestic and international enterprise deals.
- Collaborate Internationally: Work directly with the founders and our world-class engineering team (based in San Francisco) to feed enterprise insights back into our product roadmap, ensuring our AI agents solve massive corporate bottlenecks.
You will thrive here if:
- You have 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling B2B SaaS, complex technology, or API-driven enterprise products with a proven track record of over-achievement.
- You are an expert hunter. You love the thrill of building a pipeline from absolute scratch and know how to map complex organizational stakeholders across IT, finance, and operations.
- You embrace ambiguity. You are excited to build templates, try new pitches, and create order out of early-stage chaos.
Language Requirements: You are a Fluent Spanish speaker with fluent/professional English (non-negotiable). Professional fluency in Portuguese is a massive differentiator, as our mission is inherently pan-American and global.
