We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer – Salesforce to drive quality excellence across a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem and lead a team of talented QA professionals.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
- Define and execute test plans, testing strategies, and quality processes across multiple releases
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and high-quality user experiences
- Drive quality across complex Salesforce customizations, integrations, and business-critical workflows
- Lead testing efforts for:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ
- Validate pricing rules, quoting processes, product bundles, approvals, and order management workflows
- Ensure comprehensive regression, integration, functional, and UAT testing coverage
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Business stakeholders
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities
- Support production deployments, post-release validation, and issue triage
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA Engineers
- Establish QA standards, best practices, and delivery expectations
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for Salesforce initiatives
- Define and monitor quality KPIs and testing metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and processes
Drive adoption of automation and modern quality engineering practices

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or QA
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring QA teams
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
Strong experience testing:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ
Experience validating:
- Pricing Rules
- Product Bundles
- Quote-to-Cash processes
- Approval Workflows
- Order Management Flows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and configurations
- Experience testing:
- Apex customizations
- Lightning Components
- Salesforce Flows
- Third-party integrations
- Agile/Scrum experience
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)
- Experience leading Salesforce test automation initiatives
- Experience working with distributed or global QA teams
- Background in enterprise CRM transformation programs
