Content Marketing Specialist

Sofia Health is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to help create, publish, manage, and repurpose content across our website, email, and social media channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using AI, and capable of managing content from idea through publication.
What You'll Do
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to help create, edit, and repurpose content
- Edit AI-assisted content for accuracy, quality, tone, and readability
- Publish and format blogs, landing pages, and other website content
- Apply basic on-page SEO, including headings, internal links, titles, and meta descriptions
- Turn blogs, emails, podcasts, and videos into social media content
- Write captions, hooks, and calls to action
- Create simple social graphics and carousels in Canva
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Coordinate with our video editor on Reels, Shorts, and podcast clips
- Maintain an organized content calendar and publishing schedule
- Review content before and after publishing to catch errors
- Track basic content performance and identify what is working
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant content marketing experience
- Excellent written English
- Strong experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Experience publishing content in WordPress or another CMS
- Experience managing social media content
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Canva experience
- Strong proofreading and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deadlines
We want someone who uses AI effectively, but we are not looking for someone who simply copies and pastes AI output. You should know how to improve, fact-check, and quality-control content before it is published.
Experience with email marketing, podcasts, marketplaces, healthcare/wellness, or high-volume content operations is a plus.
