As a Senior Manufacturing Production Process Engineer, you will play a strategic role in designing, optimizing, and implementing world-class manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. How you'll make an impact
Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation solutions.
Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives that improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for increased throughput, reduced waste, and enhanced product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate new products into manufacturing operations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve process challenges.
Evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and support equipment selection through data-driven assessments.
Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
8–10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within a high-volume production environment.
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
Experience with automation, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and data-driven manufacturing systems.
Proven success in process design, optimization, validation, and engineering project leadership.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, ERP/MES systems, statistical process control, and manufacturing data analysis tools.
