Bilingual Logistics Analyst (English & Spanish)
Objective
Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to identify operational needs, clarify expectations, and ensure employees have the information and resources necessary to perform their roles effectively.
Also to assist in administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Main Functions and Responsibilities
The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive:
- Assist with coordinating service providers and site operations, to include waste management, transportation, shipping, supplies and travel accommodations.
- Support the Procurement and Logistics Manager in budget and forecast development, controlling costs and expenses, evaluating results, maximizing revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and return on investment.
- Assist with managing project scope, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure service delivery according to the project schedule and compliance with best-practice procedures.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing ongoing support and consultation.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Continuously review and update schedules to reflect daily changes and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all assigned operational tasks are completed correctly.
- Ensure all work is executed safely, with quality, and in compliance with internal regulations.

We offer:
Salary: $22,000 - $25,000 MXN Gross Monthly + Legal Benefits + Individual Life Insurance.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Home Office).
