Role Purpose
We are looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities͏
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics
Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
English Advanced level.
High School graduated.
Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
Fair written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking and logical thinking.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Thinks outside of the box.
Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
Problem solving abilities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM (general shift).
