Key Responsibilities: ONLY ON SITE (IT IS NOT HOME OFFICE), WORK ON WEEKEND NIGHT BY ROTATION
- Manage end-to-end international shipping operations, including import, export, and
transshipment processes, in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and accurately track all operational and shipping documentation
(AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, etc.).
- Monitor shipment movements proactively, identify potential risks or delays, and
Implement timely solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, airlines, agents, and
transport partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate multimodal transportation solutions (AIR services, hand carry) to meet
customer timelines and service expectations.
- Support and maintain relationships with key international accounts, particularly
within the Asian-LATAM market, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, and management)
to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Perform additional operational or administrative tasks as assigned by management
to support business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in import, export, or transshipment
operations within the logistics or freight-forwarding industry.
- Technical qualification or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (or
equivalent professional experience).
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to work efficiently using logistics systems,
spreadsheets, and operational platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in time-
critical situations.
- Willingness to work weekends or public holidays when operational requirements
demand.
