A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Tax Preparation and General Accounting to join its finance team.
Responsible for managing general accounting and tax activities, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and timely financial reporting. Supports business decision-making by providing reliable financial information and analysis.

Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns, including ISR, (IVA), IMSS, and INFONAVIT.

Ensure compliance with SAT regulations and electronic invoicing requirements (CFDI 4.0).

Manage payroll-related tax obligations and employee statutory contributions.

Prepare timely financial and tax reports to support management decision-making.

Support internal and external tax audits and respond to tax authority requests.

Provide guidance on tax planning initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of new regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate tax documentation and records in accordance with legal and company requirements.

Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in tax compliance within Mexico.

Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, accounting principles, and fixed asset accounting.

Experience with SAT regulations and electronic invoicing processes (CFDI 4.0).

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with SAP is preferred.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
