Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Associate is responsible for supporting the commercial organization by improving sales execution, pipeline visibility, demand planning, inventory monitoring, and operational efficiency.
This role serves as the primary link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure that the commercial team has the information, tools, and processes required to drive sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible role that will help shape the commercial operations of one of Lakeland's fastest-growing regions while working closely with senior leadership and by providing operational support, business analytics, CRM governance, and sales process management.
Reporting Structure
Reports To: Sales Director – Mexico
Supports: Regional Sales Managers
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all opportunities are properly entered and maintained in CRM.

Monitor CRM Pipeline Compliance across the sales organization.

Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with the sales team.

Generate pipeline, forecast, and opportunity reports for management.

Prepare and support customer quotations.

Support pricing and margin analysis.

Monitor inventory levels against sales forecasts.

Support demand planning activities.

Track manufacturing orders and lead times.

Monitor import shipments and expected arrival dates.

Coordinate development and maintenance of technical data sheets.

Support marketing initiatives and product launches.

Document sales and operational processes.

Track KPIs and business performance metrics.

Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Business Analysis, Customer Service, or related functions.
Advanced Excel, CRM proficiency, analytical skills, reporting capabilities, communication skills, and English proficiency preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: MXN $35,000–$40,000 gross per month (depending on experience)

Work Arrangement: Home office, with approximately one week of travel per month
