Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo al área de Postventa, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno de órdenes de compra, órdenes de servicio, facturación y requerimientos de clientes. Actuar como punto de contacto clave entre clientes, técnicos de servicio, ventas y áreas internas, garantizando una experiencia de servicio excepcional y el cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos.
