Easy Cash Deal is a real estate investment company based in Pennsylvania, USA. We help American homeowners navigate difficult situations — foreclosure, financial hardship, divorce, and more — by offering fast, fair solutions. Our team is tight-knit, positive, and driven. We are growing and looking for a dedicated remote Follow-up Specialist to join us full-time from Mexico.
This is not a temporary project. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us, grow alongside the company, and be rewarded for their results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Call, return, and follow up with leads generated by our U.S.-based marketing team
- Build genuine rapport with homeowners and guide them through the process
- Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward
- Manage your pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently until deals close
- Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to our Acquisitions team
- Keep our CRM updated daily — notes, tasks, contact status, and deal progress
- Attend virtual team meetings and trainings via Zoom or Google Meet
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent English — required. You will be speaking with American homeowners daily. Strong spoken and written English is non-negotiable.
- 2+ years of phone sales, call center, or customer-facing sales experience
- Confident, warm phone presence — you enjoy talking to people and building trust quickly
- Self-disciplined and reliable — you thrive working independently from home without supervision
- Strong follow-through — you don’t let leads fall through the cracks
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- High school diploma required; real estate or U.S. market experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
- $1,500 USD/month base salary (paid in USD)
- $100 USD commission for every qualified lead pass-off that results in a closed transaction
- Performance bonuses
- On-the-job training — no real estate experience required to start
