Drive talent attraction, performance management, and culture programs by supporting the design, implementation, and execution of strategic people initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsabilidades de la posición
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction processes with central services.
- Develop and execute employee branding strategies that strengthen the employer brand.
- Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
- Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting to support organizational decision-making.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and employee development.
- Plan and implement employee engagement and culture-building programs.
- Coordinate recognition initiatives that reinforce company values and desired behaviors.
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement, and culture survey results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to implement action plans that enhance team performance and workplace culture.
- Track and report key talent, performance, and culture metrics to ensure achievement of organizational objectives.
- Maintain, review, and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure, business requirements, competencies, and role responsibilities.
