As a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance operations at our ISC CORP facility in Juarez, Chihuahua. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the maintenance processes and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth maintenance activities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Technical degree in maintenance, electronics, electromechanical, or related field.
- English intermediate.
- 5+ years of experience in SMT operations within manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes.
- Experience of SMT Equipment (DEK Machine, Panasonic Pick & Place, Heller and AOI Koh Young).
- IPC knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office.
