As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient production operations. You will supervise technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support equipment reliability, and contribute to the development of the maintenance team through coaching and training.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of spare parts and materials.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock analysis, and effective inventory management practices.

Coordinate and lead the warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve operational goals.

Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of critical spare parts.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing warehouse processes, inventory levels, safety standards, and service performance.

Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the warehouse operations.
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Negocios o afines
- Experiencia en manejo de almacenes y realización de inventarios cíclicos
- Experiencia en manejo de SAP
- Experiencia en el cumplimiento de normatividad en seguridad industrial y manejo de colaboradores
- Transparencia, enfocado a resultados y cumplimiento de indicadores de gestion - Kpi
- Horario de trabajo administrativo pero Flexible para posibilitar cubrimiento de turnos de trabajo por ausencia de colaboradores
- Experiencia en la implementación de mejoras de Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento.
