What you’ll do:
- Assist claimants with completing the full disability application process through detailed phone interviews.
- Navigate multiple systems, including internal and order management websites, to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience while asking sensitive medical questions to determine eligibility for benefits.
What you need:
- Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Proficient computer skills, specifically in Windows OS, Internet navigation, and associated software.
- Excellent communication, being detail-oriented and inclined to help others with compassion.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
What you’ll get:
- Base Gross Monthly Salary: $17,500.
- Performance Bonus: Monthly gross bonus up to $5,100 based on metrics and attendance.
