At One Call, we help injured workers across the U.S. get the medical care they need. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the connection between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters, ensuring appointments are scheduled quickly and every case moves forward smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for injured workers
- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.
- Follow up on appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
- Maintain accurate case documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Handle multiple cases while meeting quality and productivity goals.
What we’re looking for
- Advanced/Fluent English (Required) – written and spoken.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in:
- Customer Service
- Call Center
- Appointment Scheduling
- Healthcare Coordination
- Or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, workers’ compensation, or medical scheduling.
- Experience using CRM or case management systems.
