Are you a high-energy, bilingual communicator who excels in sales and client coordination?
Our client is a rapidly growing US-based moving and relocation services company dedicated to delivering seamless, stress-free moving experiences for residential and commercial customers. We are expanding our remote international team and looking for a motivated, fully remote Bilingual Moving Sales & Quoting Specialist located in Latin America.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, managing warm inquiries, building precise moving estimates, and guiding customers through the final booking process. Because this role interfaces with both English-speaking customers and Spanish-speaking operational teams, absolute fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Please note: This position handles warm inbound leads—there is no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly handle inbound calls, emails, and online web inquiries from prospective clients who are actively looking to schedule a move.
- Virtual Survey Coordination: Schedule and facilitate virtual inventory walk-throughs with customers to accurately capture their moving needs and cargo volume.
- Precision Estimating: Utilize our primary industry platform (SmartMoving) to build, calculate, and present detailed logistical moving quotes based on customer specifications.
- Pipeline Follow-Up & Closing: Actively follow up with prospective clients to address inquiries, clarify pricing details, resolve objections, and secure the final booking.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all customer profiles, estimate variations, and logistical details within the CRM system.
- Bilingual Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure flawless communication and documentation of all move specifications, bridging the gap smoothly between English-speaking clients and our bilingual operations teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Fluency: Native or professional-level bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a strict requirement.
- Sales Experience: 1–2+ years of successful experience in inside sales, customer service, booking coordination, or high-volume appointment setting. Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or the moving industry is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable navigating CRM systems, VoIP phone platforms, and video conferencing tools. Direct experience with SmartMoving software is a massive advantage.
- Pipeline Management: Strong multi-tasking skills with a natural ability to keep track of multiple client files, schedules, and follow-up sequences without letting details drop.
- Professional Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home office setup equipped with a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a computer capable of seamlessly running cloud-based video and CRM tools.
Work Arrangement
- Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates residing in Latin America).
