We're looking for a Digital Community Operations Specialist to support and empower our creator community across North America. In this role, you'll help ensure creators have an outstanding experience while working closely with internal teams to improve operations, drive engagement, and support community growth.

What You'll Do
As part of our Operations team, you'll play an important role in supporting one of the fastest-growing digital communities in the world.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Support content creators and community partners throughout their journey on the platform.
- Review creator applications, operational requests, and platform activities while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Monitor dashboards and operational reports to identify trends and improve processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Community, Marketing, Product, and Strategy.
- Help execute creator engagement initiatives, online campaigns, and community events.
- Track operational performance and contribute ideas that improve the creator experience.
- Ensure daily workflows are completed efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.
- Build positive relationships with creators and external partners across North America.

- An effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with people from different teams and cultures.
- Passionate about technology, social media, gaming, live streaming, or digital entertainment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience in Operations, Customer Success, Community Management, Account Management, Partner Support, Trust & Safety, or similar roles.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting or operational tracking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
