We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our engineering and project execution teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership within an industrial or automation environment.
This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, managing resources, driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills, capable of motivating teams and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.
This role requires strong technical expertise in PLC programming, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, plan, execute and supervise Automation projects obtained by Fives DyAG.
Develop project plans, generate agreements with clients on different projects,
Design and program project implementation strategies.
Verify project scope according to budget and propose additional improvements.

Monitor timing, quality, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned projects.

Analyzing and managing projects risk and monitor progress of project.
Prepare reports and documentation to operations director; delineating tasks, analysis, test results, and recommendations for further action.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible client needs.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Creation of system controls, goal creation time frames and interpretation for created electronic systems.
Creation of proposals, bid strategies and presentations.
Supervision and evaluation of performance of the personnel assigned to each project.
Analyze and assign personnel to different projects according to their skills and knowledge.
Support sales management with the economic definition of the proposals.
Manage financial and material resources for the fulfillment of activities.
Key Position Requeriments:
Experience working with mechanical systems, sensors, robots, control, pneumatics, hydraulics, Controls and/or vision systems.
Experiencie of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Manage authorized resources, monitor and optimize the budget assigned to the project.
