Responsibilities
- Create formal reports and other correspondence types upon client request from field data and test results received from Quality Control.
- Interpret and communicate test results including any associated normative or client specifications to provide within client correspondences, internal discussions, or in report generation.
- Engage in customer service interactions by electronic, telephone, and/or direct in-person correspondence pertaining to client inquiries and comments.
- Maintain client-specific documents per defined departmental and company-wide filing practices.
Qualifications
- English fluency
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Strong written communication
- Requires at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to effectively use the MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Photoshop.

$26,000 gross monthly
