We are looking for a Scrum Master to support two mature Product Teams, serving as a SAFe Coach and driving the establishment of best Agile practices while managing experienced teams with strong soft skills.
Responsibilities

Drive all Scrum ceremonies

Remove roadblocks impacting the team

Interact with other teams and establish good communication between team members

Provide status reports and collect metrics

Groom JIRA and keep it up to date

Work on efficiency and productivity of the team

Provide timely input on risks and issues impacting quality, schedule, or resources
-
Recommend effective mitigation plans when applicable
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner

Experience in interacting with other teams
-
Background in troubleshooting and technical environments

Experience working with teams developing Micro-services, APIs, and cross-channel services
-
Experience implementing SDLC and quality processes in an Agile team

Proficiency in JIRA, reporting, and team management
-
Strong communication skills
-
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
