Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls for all client leads
- Manage outstanding leads with Client Retention Management system and prioritize leads and signing those leads as clients
- Organize and schedule appointments to speak with those leads
- Plan calls and take detailed notes
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Maintain contact lists for all leads
Requirements
- Fluent English is REQUIRED
- Proven experience doing legal intake or any sales or customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - remove
- Working knowledge of office equipment - remove
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Office based in a WeWork location in Monterrey
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22,000.00 - $29,000.00 per month
