At PosiTrace, we're building more than a Finance team—we're building scalable business operations.
We're looking for a proactive, curious, and solutions-driven Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist who enjoys improving processes as much as managing them. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thinks beyond day-to-day transactions, and is excited to help modernize our Finance operations through automation, technology, and continuous improvement.
You'll own the customer billing and collections lifecycle for the Mexican market while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to deliver an outstanding customer experience and healthy cash flow.
If you're someone who asks "How can we do this better?" instead of simply "What's next?", we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Own the Order-to-Cash Process
- Manage the complete customer billing lifecycle from contract review through invoice generation, collections, payment application, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with Mexican tax requirements (CFDI and VAT).
- Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve billing discrepancies quickly.
Drive Collections & Cash Flow
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances.
- Develop collection strategies that improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Identify payment trends and recommend actions to reduce delinquency and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Coordinate payment plans and dispute resolution when needed.
Improve Processes
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve existing Finance workflows.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Help standardize procedures and documentation as the business continues to grow.
- Recommend new ideas that improve both internal operations and the customer experience.
Reporting & Financial Support
- Prepare AR aging reports, cash collection metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Support month-end close activities related to revenue and Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across Finance systems.
- Provide documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with Sales to ensure contracts and billing terms are accurate.
- Work closely with Customer Success to resolve customer account issues.
- Support Operations and Finance by providing timely financial information and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted business partner rather than simply processing transactions.

- Experience managing customer billing and collections in a business-to-business environment.
