As a Project Finance Accountant, you will support our customer projects from end to end, making sure they are correctly set up and executed in SAP and in our financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates who want to start their career in Finance / Accounting in a global tech company.
You will work at the intersection of:

SAP structuring and set up
-
Order validation and booking
-
Proof of Delivery (PoD), revenue and cost recognition

Accounting quality, compliance and SAP project closure
-
Secure accurate execution of customer business in SAP, in line with Ericsson processes and accounting directives
-
Set up and maintain project financial structures (FAS) aligned with approved contracts
-
Maintain revenue and billing milestones, project budgets and planned costs
-
Perform customer invoicing (incl. credit/debit notes) and revenue recognition based on PoD
-
Execute project financials and ensure clean closure of project objects in SAP
-
Act as a financial partner to project stakeholders, providing accurate information and supporting decision-making
-
Ensure data integrity in SAP (incl. S/4HANA), help identify revenue leakage or compliance gaps and support audits
-
Contribute to process improvements, standardization and digital initiatives (SAP enhancements, AI tools) across the O2C and project finance processes
You don’t need years of experience, but you do need curiosity, a strong interest in finance and a willingness to learn.
Experience & Knowledge (preferred)

Academic or internship experience in Finance, Project Controlling or Accounting

Basic understanding of financial processes and revenue recognition (IFRS 15 is a plus)

Experience with SAP (ERP / S/4HANA) or similar systems is an advantage

Education & Languages

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field
