Bilingual Auto Insurance Processing Representative
As a Bilingual Auto Insurance Processing Representative, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, including new business reviews and endorsements. Your primary goal will be to ensure policy records are processed correctly and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Policy Processing: Handle daily processing of New Business Review, Endorsements, and other policy documentation transactions.
- Data Accuracy: Review and verify policy documentation and account information for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve processing errors or documentation issues, escalating to the appropriate team when needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all processing tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading/writing).
- Prior experience in insurance processing, data entry, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications. Intermediate level for Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all processing tasks.
- Knowledge of auto insurance products and coverage options is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required based on state regulations.
