Make an impact by leading the end-to-end management of complex insurance claims, strengthening customer relationships, and driving risk prevention strategies across global logistics operations.
- Manage and oversee cargo and commercial insurance claims from initial notification through final resolution.
- Evaluate incidents, determine policy coverage, and negotiate with insurance providers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Monitor claims documentation and ensure accurate records, compliance, and process traceability.
- Analyze claims trends and loss data to develop risk prevention and loss control initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports, present claims performance metrics, and provide insights to internal stakeholders and key customers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and support clients with expert claims guidance and insurance-related training.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Insurance Adjuster License.
- 8+ years of experience in claims management within insurance companies or brokers.
- Solid experience negotiating with insurers and managing complex claims processes.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures in transportation, ideally within logistics environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience in incident evaluation and loss analysis.
- Strong understanding of operations, finance, and customer service processes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, and with strong process management capabilities.
