Are you ready to be the bridge between production and customer satisfaction? As an Operative Buyer, you will play a critical role in our North American operations. You will be responsible for purchasing finished goods from Siemens plants and global vendors, ensuring that our products reach our customers on time.
In this role, you won't just manage orders; you will drive delivery reliability and asset management through effective communication with stakeholders across the region.

Order Management: Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP based on customer needs and inventory replenishment strategies.

Vendor Coordination: Establish top priorities with vendors, manage confirmation messages, and drive vendor development activities to maintain high performance.

Financial & Data Integrity: Manage GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt), review invoices in the P2P tool, resolve price discrepancies, and set up vendor master data in SAP.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key point of contact for Product Management, Customer Support, Sales, and Finance, providing detailed updates on material availability via Sie Sales and other platforms.

Quality & Logistics: Coordinate quality returns to vendors and ensure the correct posting of credits.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with R&D, Procurement, and Finance to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.

Education: College degree (completed).

Experience: Solid understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain activities, preferably in a customer support or operational environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Experience with CRM tools.

Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for supporting the North American market.
