YOUR ROLE
Supervise Customer Service Representatives and provide guidance to ensure effective team performance.
Participate in customer meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for customer-related matters.
Ensure customer deliveries are completed on time and in the correct quantities in accordance with customer requirements.
Analyze customer requirements and negotiate demand fluctuations, schedule changes, and other operational variations.
Manage and collect cost recovery claims from customers when applicable.
Monitor and follow up on material receipts and warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
YOUR BACKGROUNG
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive wiring harness industry.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in personnel management and team leadership.
