About the Role
As an Account Management Specialist, you'll support our U.S. clients by managing their insurance accounts and ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts
- Process billing requests
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams
- Deliver exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Experience in customer service, account management, insurance, banking, financial services, or another client-facing role
- Experience using CRM or account management software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced English — written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn
