Job Description:
As a Business Support Specialist, you will act as a key advisor and strategic partner to the Country Manager, supporting the execution of organizational priorities through effective planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Serve as the strategic right hand to the Country Manager, orchestrating executive-level planning, strategic initiatives, goals, operations, and administrative execution.

Drive strategic initiatives and steer governance in close collaboration with the leadership team to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and strategic objectives.

Analyze business metrics and prepare executive reports for senior leadership.

Facilitate communication between departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment with strategy.

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and propose innovative solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on strategic matters.

Prepare briefings, presentations, and decision memos for executive leadership.

Optimize resource management to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Plan and execute internal and external events, including Executive Committees, strategic meetings and corporate gatherings.

Lead initiatives to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and support talent development strategies.
What you’ll bring:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Resilience to manage crisis and demanding projects.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Previous experience working in consulting firms, would be a huge plus!
