We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to design and implement data integration solutions using tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and Databricks. The role involves building scalable ETL pipelines, real-time data streaming solutions, and optimizing data models for performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities include integrating ERP systems into data lakes, migrating on-premises solutions to Azure, and ensuring data quality through rigorous checks and monitoring. Strong expertise in MSSQL, Azure Cloud Services, and data processing, along with excellent communication and multitasking skills, is essential for this dynamic role.
This is an onsite role based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Summary of Responsibilities
A key member of the development team, this position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes, data integration, and modeling to enhance data reliability and quality for SaaS products.
Data Pipelines & Orchestration: Strong experience in designing end-to-end data pipelines, including orchestration, dependency management, and monitoring using Azure Data Factory or similar tools.
Microsoft Fabric: Work with Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Pipelines to build modern, unified data solutions.
What we are looking for
This role requires expertise in MS SQL, Azure Cloud Data Services, schema design, and modeling tools, along with strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge and/or Abilities
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including dimension modeling, ETL architecture, slowly changing dimensions (SCD), and data lifecycle management
Azure certification (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate) preferred; exposure to Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, and OneLake architecture) is a strong plus
